Re: 9-11-11
If I were closer and wouldn't have a 3-week old baby at that time, I'd try the run...3.1 miles should be a breeze even for someone who doesn't run regularly and it's for a noble reason.
You running, Rat?

Re: 9-11-11
I'm in great shape...ran about that far last winter in 20-degree weather when my timing belt came off. Had to run home to get my other car as my wife waited in the disabled car.
Had it towed home and replaced the belt. I wouldn't go into a race without ANY training...I'd start running for it.

Re: 9-11-11
After a couple rounds of the P90X I still struggled when I started running 9 weeks ago. I can run 3 miles now, probably could have done it 9 weeks ago too if I had to but I wouldn't have called it a breeze.

Re: 9-11-11
I think we're on opposite ends of the spectrum physically...I'm trying to bulk up and you're...not.

Re: 9-11-11
Ok so what does bulking up have to do with being able to run 3 miles? If anything that's going to hurt you. Running is all about cardio.

Silly silly boy, you probably go to Planet Fitness as well and have pizza one Monday night a month. You are no match for Super Buster.

Re: 9-11-11
Too bad we didn't live closer. I'd say let's go for a run sometime.

I wish I had Matty's height! Also you will find most women like tall guys with some weight, it is the whole feeling protected thing vs. some pencil thin little guy who weighs less then them.

I hope you're not taking anything seriously! I, like mredskins, also wish I were as tall as you. So RR, you never answered, are you doing this? Is it something we can sponsor you in or do we just donate directly on the site?
