Offseason Shopping

This may have a serious impact on teams looking to draft a QB and change the whole outlook of the draft.

Well it probably won't have much of an impact w/o a new CBA. I can certainly see San Fran making a push for Kolb

I heard the eagles wanted a 1st round pick for Kolb.I don't think he's worth that.maybe a 2nd or 3rd rounder.

I'd think the Texans deal for Schaub a few years back would be the best precedent. They swapped 1st rd picks and got an additional 2nd out of it. Something along those lines would be fair value.

Well, we won't be in a position to grab him.

Kolb isn't that great anyway, I'd be pretty upset if we traded for him

Definitely agree, no more Eagle QBs. Keep our picks and rebuild this team with new faces and demeanor.

re: Offseason Shopping

Since we traded the the e-girls the inflated price of a #2 & #3 for #5, then, don't you think the e-girls would want more of the farm for corn on the Kolb?

re: Offseason Shopping

I actually have Kolb on my Madden Franchise; foresight I think not.

I wouldn't mind having him or any other QB of his age a caliber but the price would be too steep and we have way more needs than just a QB.

I don't know if I can change the title of this thread but if one of the moderators can I think it should be changed to "Offseason Shopping".

Just found this link on ESPN.

Lol guys don't worry. It's more likely the Redskins sign Peyton Manning than make a trade for another Eagles QB.

I keep on hearing how Al Davis is smitten with the prospect of adding Young to the Raidahs. Personally he seems like he'd be a great fit in Minnesota especially if they work in a lot of bootleg play action. That same strategy allowed Dunn and Ducket to run wild while Vick was in Atlanta despite the fact that Vick was a terrible passer at the time. Giving Peterson more room to run can only be a good thing, at least from Minnesota's perspective.
