Happy for the return of Hall
I don't think I'm alone in thinking Kimrin was outmatched out there. Kickoffs were horrible, and I didn't feel comfortable outside of thirty yards. Even if Hall isn't 100%, I'm a lot happier right now.

I'm a bit curious why Gibbs took so many fairly long FG attempts with Kimrin. He's more or less a rookie.

Kimrin has a really strong leg, obviously his accuracy is lacking. I agree, it's good to have Hall back.

Being a rookie really has nothing to do with kicking. It's all about how good you are. Kimrin is not very good. Nate Kaeding of San Diego is a rookie and had made all of his field goals but 2. He is 2/2 of 50 plus. Ther just had to be someone better out there I think than Kimrin.

Kimrin stinks. He really does. He held one of only 32 placekicking jobs in the world. Is he a top 32 place kicker? I don't think so. I am still waiting to see that strong leg also. I remember him being short once from like 50 a couple weeks ago, and his kickoffs were never inside the 5. I don't mean to kick the guy while he's down, but good riddins...

You really cant expect much from a guy who isnt already a starter in the league. As somoene said a couple weeks ago, if he was really that good, he would have already been playing. He missed a few he shouldnt have, but waht are you gonna do? Thats why injuries suck

dont usually expect injuries w/ the kicker.. so i guess he was a sound enough backup, certainly not a starter... but now he can get the hall outta there!

Kimrin was cheap and managable. He never lost a game for us so I think he did his job as a backup. It is good to have hall back. I always love seeing him try to tackle on special teams!
