Thought you guys would enjoy this story about Dexter and his first Super Bowl ring which he once pawned in order to by cocaine. Now after all these years the rings former caretaker, a deceased lawyer with whom Dexter entrusted the ring, and Mrs. Manley finally think he's ready to reclaim the memento.

Well, I don't enjoy that one of our greatest players did something like that, but I'm glad he's back on track.

Forget the ring, I'm glad he got his life back. It's good when you have friends like the one he had, they're not often in life. Good for Dexter, I'm always happy when there's a positive story about him.

Glad to hear he's been sober for a few years; hopefully he can keep it behind him, it won't be easy. Never knew he was cousins with Eric Dickerson.
