Just beat me to it.
Lukewarm on the move, he'll stress aggressiveness that's for sure

Re: Haslett to accept Defensive Coordinator
If so, hope he works out as well as the last Defensive Coordinator that turned head coach, got fired, and then came to us as Coordinator again.

Re: Haslett to accept Defensive Coordinator
I haven't really been sold on many of the dc candidates, guess I thought Zimmer was a lock so didnt pay much attention. Glad we didn't bring an ex cowboy in, I hope we keep to that, and as for Haslett, we will have to see. There is a lot of talent, the question is will he make good use of it. That we won't know till September...

Re: Haslett to accept Defensive Coordinator
Why do you think Haslett hasn't been so successful in the NFL? Talent? Scheme? Personnel?

Re: Haslett to accept Defensive Coordinator
Sources: Washington Redskins hire Jim Haslett to lead defense - ESPN
Looks like he will install the 3-4 defense |

Re: Haslett to accept Defensive Coordinator
I like how we have the leagues best DT but we don't use him to the best of his ability.

Re: Haslett to accept Defensive Coordinator
Not too hot on this move. Where in the hell are we going to find an NT? Wilfolk may be a free agent if the CBA doesnt go through, but that's all I can think of as far as getting one. Then who plays end and who stands up? We don't have the players for this, hello offensive and defensive overhaul.

Re: Haslett to accept Defensive Coordinator
dont be shocked if AH is shopped around this offseason.. Haynesworth probably won't want to play a NT
