I think something is bothering Coles. He's not getting separtaion and he's always checking his fingers. Looking at his past performance I have to think that he is having some sort of issue.

The key to Gardner getting off of the shit list is to be consistent. Week in and week out. The best thing about this game was there were no turnovers.

If you've been folloowing the Skins for a while you will remember Albert Connell and how he would get a brain carmp about once a game and not make it out of bounds when they needed the clock stopped. Gardner did that on the next to last play; on the final play he didn't. It wasn't a brain cramp; it was a soild defensive play by Roy Williams.

This is the single best game Gardner has had in his entire tenure here. Now he needs to do the same thing next week and the week after that...

Then he can stay.

Well, I, for one, won't be saying any more about Gardner. This was by far the best game of his career. He finally showed up. Our offense finally found itself in the second half.

it needs to stay though... if they put up 130 yards through the air next week and look like they did in week 1, i'll be mad again

During the draft a few years back, Mel Kiper said that Rod was the steal of the first round at the spot he was drafted at... I think Snyder wanted Santana Moss, but they took size in the end.

Rod didn't do too bad when he was thrust into being the number 1 receiver his second year (after Westbrook left). When LC and Rod are both in top shape, we're going to have a sick receiving corp with Jacobs, Thrash, and McCants.
