He broke his leg in the loss yesterday. Should miss something like 8 weeks.

God don't like Ugly. And he's an ugly acting SOB.
Sorry we didn't have a chance to welcome him to the NFL.

Kellen Winslow, out at least two months with a broken leg, may not receive a $5.365 million bonus because of the injury. All Winslow had to do was play 35% of the team's snaps to give him the bonus for 2005. It was a gamble that his agents, the Poston Brothers, made to get Winslow signed last month.

And now they've lost Courtney Brown for the season. Someone up there is pissed at Cleveland.
From Maske at the Post: "The Browns announced late Monday that Brown has a Lisfranc injury in his left foot, a mid-foot fracture named for the French doctor who first described the injury. Brown is scheduled to undergo surgery today and will have a six-month recovery period, according to the Browns."

man, sucks for the browns.
I dont think that was a bad clause by the postons. 6 millions dollars to play a third of the year? Youd think that would be easy to make. Its easier to make then the probowl, or lead teh league in something, or other escalators like that.

if its 8 weeks, he'll still have a shot at 35% of snaps... of course by then with the brown's horrid record, they may just decide to pack it in and save the cash.

It's unfortunate that anyone gets injured, but I do think Winslow is a total ass and should've had more respect for the league. Is it karma? Hurt and still won't get his signing bonus?!? Honestly I can't imagine anyone who deserves the bad fortune more!?!? I wish him a speedy recovery and maybe a little bit of professionalism.
