Anyone know why he left? Was he upset that he didn't get the job? Or does Caldwell want to go w/ a different style of defense?

Apparently after Dungy retired, Meeks heard that the Colts were planning on letting him go and resigned rather than being fired.

Yeah, he would be. I wonder who would pick him up? Who would pick him up now, cuz arent most if not all avaliable HC jobs taken? and as far as i know there is no available Deffense coordinator job

I would have said the Lions but they just hired Gunther Cunningham...which means the Chiefs need a D-Coordinator.
They may need a head coach soon as well
