That's the smartest thing i've ever heard. Nothing against Ryan, but coaching is a little easier w/ a great FO, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Suggs, and company. Hell, look at Marvin Lewis and his defenses, Mike Nolan, and who else. Ya got to have players. These are good coaches that turn into great coaches w/ the right players.

Hmmm...i lik Ryan he is a good Coach, but i honestly dont believe he will be that succesful...i mean the Jets D dosent have a lot of weapons like the Ravens...

I argee with both quotes. It's the players who make a coach look or bad most of the time. Case and point the Mangenius. Hack I would even say Gregg Williams
