Didn't expect this one. Guess we'll see how good Spagnoulo can be as a headcoach. Not good news for the G-Men.

I'm glad Spagnuolo will no longer be scheming against our offense twice a year.

The Bucs hired Raheem Morris. We play the Bucs and St.Louis next year. I wonder how we'll fare against these two teams now?

I kind of wanted Garrett to get that job so he could leave the cowboys this offseason. I don't want the cowboys to have any sought after coordinator in their midst.

I think it would break up their chemistry even more since he was the moderator for disputes this season.

Dan Snyder has taken your spirit. To be the best you have to beat the best. This year was our year to step up to the plate with Pittsburgh and Baltimore and we blew it. We should have another chance next year when we play the NFC South and our own division.

Garrett is who I thought would get the job. The Cowgirls losing their OC and starting with a new one next year would have been great. He should have taken the Baltimore job when he had the chance. Lets see....an organization with Ozzie Newsome as general manager or one with Jerry Jones as general manager? Hmmm......Maybe Garrett's not as smart as people think.

We are way better off having the gmen lose spags I think. Garrett hates TO so the chemistry in dallas remains bad and the giants lose thier best coach. This is great news.

Good for him. I'm happy we don't have to face his schemes anymore. As for Garrett he feeds into the Cowboys circus so anything to keep that mess going is great as far as I am concerned.

I wonder what will become of Saunders? Spags is a defensive guy...will he bring his own OC or keep Saunders in.

Not that this sounds unreasonable, but I am wondering whether this is just conjecture based on the TO/Whitten drama earlier this year or is there some other reports out specifically confirming bad blook between TO and Garrett?

There are reports out of Dallas that there is significant friction between the two. It's not a burned bridge necessarily, but someone like Jerry Jones needs to step in if they both stay.

I heard on TV that he told Jones that he would have to choose between him and TO. It was included in a report about Garret interviewing for the rams. Not sure if it was NFL Network or ESPN where i saw it. Of course i have no idea if it's actually true.

Regardless i think spags is a better coach anyway and is much more valuable to NY then Garret is to Dallas.

About the same as we would any other year. I know next to nothing about Raheem Morris, although I am glad another man of color was hired -- there are still too few in both the NFL and major div college ranks. Spags may make it or he may not, it depends on who he has to support and surround him. Agree that it will be nice not to have to play against his defenses twice a year from now on...
