sunday night ref's?

I don't know where the NFL grow's these guy's, but they are as incompetent as they come, they blew a fumble that KC eventually scored a td on, with the proverbial down by contact BS. even though they never blew the play dead, then at the end of the half they forget to mark off an offsides on denver on a field goal try, KC misses, denver goes to the locker room, then they bring them back out to rekick, only this time they mark off a 10 yd penalty, instead of a 5yd penalty, result, they now have to review the spot after Shanahan goes crazy on the side lines while one of the ref's is ignoring everything he say's, to get it right, what a joke, Vince McMahon, or Don King has to be in charge of the ref's, I can't believe a ref makes it all the way to the NFL [ the best of the best] and can be that incompetent.

on the other hand, all said and done, KC's D still gave up 34 points... guess they didn't get better like they thought they did.

yeah, KC really needs to get some new personel on their defense. They simply don't have the talent. Their line is passable, and their LBs are decent. Their secondary and maybe 2-3 spots in the D line/LB core need some help.

I've never understood the down by contact rule. Only thing I could come up with is they're trying to save time, but you only have two challenges anyways. For example, the times Tiki fumbles on the skins and every time he's down by contact. Why call it down by contact if it's possibly a game changing play.

I was shocked they did that in the KC game, but I have PH in two leagues, so I can't complain too much 8)

This game though took the cake with the Refs, I have never seen them forget to mark off a penalty then go get the other team out of the locker room to rekick, that is absurd (sp). But either way K.C. defense all i gotta say is OUCH.

Let me explain it for you so you never have to wonder again, down by contact is a ruling to allow the ref's to CHEAT!!!!!!!! This rule gives them an out to overturn a big play, and keep the game competetive. Bowsey Lasterd's!
