They haven't identified the girl's relationship to Samuels.. It could've been a neighbor for all we know.
Still, a very tragic incident..

Thoughts and prayers go out to Chris his family and the surviving members of the accident victims family. It just doesn't seem to end with these countless tragedy's within Redskin Nation.
