NFL Network ~ Best at Halftime Adjustments

Quick poll done on Playbook tonight
Shannon Sharpe - Joe Gibbs
Simon Wilcox - Bill Belicheck
Glen PArker - Joe Gibbs

Listenning to players and putting their ego aside to improve the game plan at halftime.

This is the exact reason why we have been so unsuccessful over the past 12 years. Turner, Shot, and the Ole College Coach would never think of adjusting to what the players might see.

That's one thing I always really admired about Gibbs. No matter what the situation going into the locker room at halftime, you always got the feeling he knew just what to do to turn things around

This is one of Joe's hidden talents -- half time. If Andy Reid hadd this talent, he would have had three Lombardi Trophys in some case. Bandwagon
