Woman kills man over Yankees-Sox argument

What is the world coming to? I know it is a rivarly but I would never run down a Cowboys fan.

ESPN - Woman accused of plowing car into group after argument, killing one - MLB

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

That's just completely messed up. What a world we live in today where representing your team can get you killed. And that lady looked pretty damn crazy in that mug shot, I hope she gets to spend a long time in prison for that.

Re: Woman kills man over Yankees-Sox argument

Stinkin Yankees fans!!!!!

Note that the Red Sox fan was an organ donor and possibly saved lives with his heart / kidneys and liver.

I guess Yankees fans just can't take the fact that the curse of the moose is alive and well and they will not win another series.

I don't care who you are, being fanatical like that is just plain wrong. I've had some heated debates with Yankees fans, and Cowboys fans, but no one leaves the argument wanting to kill someone. She should be locked up and maybe get the death penalty for that. She obviously is a menace to society.

That's just nuts. Next thing you know, fans of both teams are going to set up Fan Academies, so that their kids can curse, swear and run over opposing fans in a fit of rage.

The wrong facts are being highlighted in these reports for ratings.

The headline should be:

"Insane, Drunk, Woman Driver Runs Down Other Obnoxious Drunks Outside Bar."

Sure, there's a bitter team rivalry, but I think the drunkeness and insanity had more to do with this than the teams.

Re: Woman kills man over Yankees-Sox argument

I've been drunk plenty of times, and had my share of drunken arguments as well. Never, in any state of mind, would it occur to me to run down someone with my car. It's lunacy. Sure alcohol impairs judgment, but this is on a whole other level. At least it's the scumbag yankee fan who's gonna end up behind bars. She looks like total white trash. Her single-wide is probably going to be foreclosed on now...

My prayers go out to the murdered guy's family. How awful.

The article said that the bartender said that the victim didnt drink much or enough to be considered drunk

But they have to say it was a Yankees fan, cause only Yankee fans are that insane!

Probably trying to protect himself, BUT, my "insane" label still sticks.

The "woman driver" one too. If she was trying to scare them and ended up hitting them, that's pretty sad driving skills.

Maybe she just needs a good tough "defensive driving course"............Maybe the pedestrians in questions ned a good tough course in.........evasive........walking.

That is indeed surprising.......alcohol played a part...........

ESPN - Sexson issued 6-game suspension for charging mound Thursday - MLB

Richie Sexson looked like he wanted to murder that pitcher the way that he ran to the mound.
