Found this also:
Pick Analysis: Jackson is a good pass rusher with limited run-stopping abilities. He has decent speed and burst from the outside and a good value this late in the draft. |

Re: Rob Jackson profile
We have the same birthday.
I'm glad we finally took a D-lineman. Maybe he can be a good scout team player.

Re: Rob Jackson profile
Sounds like a possible situational pass rusher like Chris Wilson.

Jackson looks to be a solid pick at that point in the draft. He seems to have good size with room to build up. |

Release: 06/06/2006 Is this the son of satan? I like him, actually. Hopefully he'll show up ready with something to prove.

Re: Rob Jackson profile
Rob Jackson tortured one of the best OL's in the SEC last year (MY AUBURN TIGERS). I liked him and predicted us taking him in this same slot under my OTHER redskinwarpath id during mock draft threads.
I love this kid. I think in the coming years he has the ability to become similiar to Justin Tuck. Great motor early on in games, needs to work on his stamina... Put on some pounds and fine tune his technique. Our interior linemen will stop the run especially if Mathias Askew can 'figure it out' this go-round. I think he is a solid compliment. |

Re: Rob Jackson profile
Anyone have any video on this kid? I heard the DLine coach saw "something" in him, and that is wha tprompted the skins to take him over the other available talent.

Re: Rob Jackson profile
i'm a k-state fan and i was checking out over here to see if you guys had any info on jackson. he's a really good player he just got stuck in a tuff spot last season so his stats are pretty weak. for some reason we decided to switch to a 3-4 defense last season and it screwed up our two best players (Ian Campbell and Rob Jackson) neither one of these guys are 3-4 DEs or 3-4 OLBs and it completley screwed them and our team, in 2006 Campbell led the big 12 in sacks and by the middle of the 2006 season i thought that jackson was atleast as good as campbell if not better. last season was a mess for k-state, especially our defense, jackson actually had to play a lot of DT as well because our DTs were just awful so that's another reason jacksons numbers were pretty bad, if jackson is used as a 4-3 DE he will be a very solid nfl player imo.
