Hmm...Mystery HC Candidate to Get Interview

As much of you probably just heard on FOX's pregame show prior to the Packers-Giants game, NFL Insider Jay Glazer reported that a "mystery candidate" has emerged in the Skins' head coach search and may get an interview with Snyder this week.

Who in the hell could that be?

Producer to Jay Glazer. "We are going to ask you about the Redskins coaching search on the pregame."

Jay Glazer to Producer. "What should I say? It looks like maybe Williams."

Producer. "No. No. That won't do at all. Why don't you make some shit up. That's why we pay you NFL talking heads right."

Jay Glazer. "I hear there could be a mystery interview."

Producer. "Genius."

I am guessing, Snyder has taken so long to anounce Greg Williams is the new coach, so he can keep the players and the fans in limbo, as long as possible. Makes perfect sense.

Re: Hmm...Mystery HC Candidate to Get Interview

I would have dismissed this out of hand immediately if it were not for the fact that Glazer has gotten some good scoops (the only guy to get the Pats sideline taping video) and this interview process has gone on too long if GW is the guy. I wouldn't doubt if Danny-boy has someone else in mind.

Mr. Snyder is waiting for the growth hormones to kick in on his Lombardy clone.

Re: Hmm...Mystery HC Candidate to Get Interview

I am thinking they are just fishing for news as there really isn't much going on around the league.

I say Tuesday afternoon presser with GW named as the coach.

Re: Hmm...Mystery HC Candidate to Get Interview

I think its either Bill Cowher or pete carroll. Honestly if GW would get the job i think they would have gave it to him already. I have said that i would rather have Cowher more than anyone, but GW is 2nd on my list! I am worried its gonna be Carroll. I just dont trust college coaches after Spurrier!
