Shouldn't it be "Complate tha sentance". I figured since the originating "a" was already in place that I would have to work backwards through the sentence.

I think the NFL Competition Committee needs to review everything and then come up with clear ground rules for letter replacement before we find ourselves replacing Bs with Qs and cats with dogs and pineapples for toilet paper.
