Best thing to have happened to the Skins

Was having that 10 day rest period, kind of like a bye week. Game balls to the offensive line, Portis, Smoot, Suisham and most of all the WIND!!!!

We know that was a gutsy call, but you know if he would have missed the doubters would be saying something else.

Forgot to mention add Lorenzo Alexander, he helped block Strahan and also made some nice plays on defense.

Back to back WINS! Keeps us in the hunt for the last spot.

Heck of a WIN for us tonight on the road in tuff weather conditions. CP is getting the game ball with that performance.

Collins 0-8 to start game and Gibbs dialed some passes down field..he didnt keep it too conservative. Excellent job by Andre Carter and Fred Smoot defensively and a great game out of Portis and Betts.

Probably, but I don't think it would have been merited. The Gints started close to the 40 on a couple of kickoffs (obviously he didn't know that at the time), so handing them the ball at the 40 was worth the risk in a game that looked like it might end in a 0-0 tie.

Re: Best thing to have happened to the Skins

I think the running game was the key last night. Both passing games were pretty ineffective, though we did manage to hit a few nice long ones.
