Running up the score-why don't you ever hear?

I have been dealing with mixed emotions since Sunday. The game was depressing and dissapointing, and I have been hearing alot about the score being run up. Let me preface this by saying I am a diehard skins fan and loathe the Pats. The skins fan in me says they should have put the scrubs in and quit playing, but the rational side of me says if we couldn't stop them, why not keep playing.

I have never heard of a shutout where people said...they should have put the 3rd strind D in so the other team could score...yet the principle is exactly the same....

Just thinking out loud

I have no problem with the Pats trying to preserve their shutout. Every defense would try to do the same. Passing deep downfield with a 30-some point lead in the 4th quarter - that, I take exception to.

Re: Running up the score-why don't you ever hear?

This is embarssing the way people are crying over this. If it was the other way around and Pat fans had a site and were whinning like this we would have a thread and a link to laugh at them. It would go like this. Hey, check out this link all the Pat fans are whinning like little girls. Here's the link (*(*^@#&^@^(*^#(070972.

Then the post. Man thats some funny Sh!t.
I never seen so many people whinning.
They sound like a bunch of babbies.

Re: Running up the score-why don't you ever hear?

I think this topic ran its course with the "Classless Belichick" thread, and then we have the "Brady's Going to Take a Cheap Shot" thread which really we shouldn't have let get past the 1st post probably. But DynamiteRave started it, and it's her birthday today so we'll let it slide and...Happy Birthday Rave!!!

Anyhow, third's time not a charm here. Thread locked
