Looks nice but those dinning chairs won't last long.

yea i was wondering about the fancy looking chairs, as opposed to some more lounge type sofas. I like the sofas in the stadium on teh club level, ive layed there many of times.

I'm kinda suprised the chairs aren't lazy boys with massaging capabilities, but overall a great idea. It's starting to be picked up by more and more teams and I think it will greatly improve team chemistry as well as be a relaxing place to chill out with fellow players and coaches after a strong practice. plus injured players can still come spend time with the rest of the team here and still feel like a part of the team.

I feel the same as you Riggo. Gibb's know about team unity more than just about any other coach around. He never fails to amaze me with just the "little things." I think that this will help us build a real team. Ones who are going to forge a bond that will show when they step on the field. They will play harder and have more confidence because they will better know and trust each other. Lounges would be a great idea for football teams on just about any level (high school, college, etc.).
The only thing cooler than hearing about this lounge would be sneaking into it! Who's in? |
