The guys we signed and drafted are Looking up to what there suppose to do?

kk first i have to say is we need to have a LG at that postion .Mike Pucilo played that position yesterday and Wade did last week. But i think if thats a problem now we should have re-signed Derrick Dockery but ill give Wade the chance/

FA :

K back to the subject i mean .2-years ago Lloyd/Randle el/Carter didn't look up to what they where suppose to do but now.Randle el is catching more often and had 2 REC yesterday with 19 yards .Santana Moss is well of course moss who is getting a good rhythm .B.lloyd didn't do nothing last year but finally got his first TD with us so hopefully he'll be as good as he did in with the 9'ers.Carter is doing good he mad better pressure and tackled good and expect a 10 sack year .Todd Collins is looking better and better now and if he does good could give us an opportunity to trade to a team with a need at a QB sure he could probably be a 2nd string to them maybe.

London Fletcher :is already a monster/

Fred Smoot:He hasn't shown me anything yet in pre=season and might not even start now .

Macklin: He's a pretty good cover

Butler: He covered good in the 4th Q and didn't let a play go to him.

Drafts :

H.B blades:Hes looking like another London and hopefully are future MLB like we are plaining.

Landry: Ha hes already making a impact and with him and taylor NO MORE LONG BOMBs/

McIntosh:Hes looking real sharp much better than Warrick Holdman ,he could have picked that ball which was at are 10 but he was safe to just block it away.

JC: Hes going to be in the pro-bowl if are OL is good .

Mason:Hes didn't go to a real collage football team but hes shown something.

Westbrook": I think he'll make the team hes fast and needs to practice does skills better.

Carlos Rogers: Man the dude has improved he checked and didn't let a play yet go trough.I think he handled Hines Ward Real good yesterday and he mad big plays in tackling.

What should we do to improve next year?:

DEaniels is done after this year but i hear Ravens DE Suggs could be a free agent next year and is only 25 .But i say play safe and draft a 1st round DE and if not move down to get at least the 1-2-3 best choices of DE.

CB"?:Springs is done this year to but Smoot could take that spot and we could draft but Rogers would be there to.

LG?:If we don't have a LG this year than we could pick one up in the 1st -2nd or even 3rd or hopefully a Free agent.

You really need to tighten this up. I'm not sure what you're asking or what you're proposing. You're just going all over the place with this thread it seems.

First of all, you gotta learn your homonyms. Once you figure that out, at least you're thread title might make sense

Secondly, just learn how to write more legibly overall. You started with a paragraph just running through a bunch of FAs from the past three years it seems. Then you went into bullet points.

Thirdly, narrow it down. How far back are you going with your analysis, two years, three years?

Fourthly, keep the thread to your original intent. Meaning, if you're going to ask us to evaluate the free agents/draft picks of recent years then let's just talk about that. Save the "What should we do next year" for another thread...and much, much, much later in the year.

Fifth, but most important, you have somehow managed to have all your punctuation spaced one space away from the end of the clause/sentence, but with no spaces between the punctuation and the next clause/sentence. By punctuation I mean periods and colons, because there's not a single comma in that entire post.

It's baffling that you could actually do that with about 90% of your periods and colons. I'm almost impressed in a way.

I noticed that, too. Of course, I'm terrible with remembering where commas should and shouldn't go.

Back on topic: Hey mheisig, had any good dumps lately?

Re: The guys we signed and drafted are Looking up to what there suppose to do?

Sixthly, u r confusing 'are' and 'our'

are = v. Second person singular and plural and first and third person plural present indicative of be.

our = adj. The possessive form of we.
Used as a modifier before a noun

All joking aside, I think that it is encouraging that we are seeing some returns on our draft picks of late. It gives me a little more faith in the FO. I still wish we would have taken Merriman instead of Rogers, in the worst way, but as Rogers improves it makes me feel better about the situation. On the flip side of the coin, imagine if we would have drafted Kellen Winslow instead of Sean Taylor that one year (like many insiders had predicted).

Homonyms baby!

Good point about Winslow. Taylor and Cooley I think is clearly a better combo than Winslow and Ohalete
