The long overdue nail in the coffin for Brunell..

Thank you Gibbs for putting the bible on the back burner and doing the right thing for the team.

Bye bye Brunell. You were adequate for one out of 3 seasons but it is time to hang them up. Collins has displayed enough for me to forget that you were ever here.

From what I've heard it's just a bruised knee. Shouldn't be too bad or long term whatsoever, right? Praise the Lord.

Bruised knee; doesn't sound like a big deal.

Marcus Washington just walked off the field gingerly with some sort of injury, too.

Gotta love the preseason.

A touchdown pass to Lloyd. Brunell proved that he could not physically execute that.

Thanks, LMsexyAO.

Having to follow game on NFL Game Centre, they just said he wouldn't be back.

Good for Collins. I don't understand why we have to keep shitting on Brunell though.

I guess Brunell is the public toilet now. Either way Collins has looked good, even against first teamers. I wouldn't be suprised if Brunell loses the #2 job by the end of preseason.

If Collins continues to play this well throughout preseason, then I would definitely consider him #2. It was kind of a blessing in disguise that Collins had to come in against the first teamers.

Campbell's fine. It's a bruised knee.

I "love" how there was an apparent need to throw religion into the discussion at the start of this thread.
