At the Frederick fairgrounds, Frederick MD. July 28th. A little expensive but a second ticket is only $20 the first is $100.

I didn't see where it said that they would be signing autographs ? will there be times that they are there signing ?

Nothing that I saw suggests any organized signings. Sorry I wasn't able to answer question better.
