it feels good to know other people need football all year long and I am happy to be rollin with the warpath. I just got my invitation to camp but I can't really tell if it's for any day of my choice or if I have to pick a day, if any of you know how it works let me know. first but not the last, thread

good to hear from you. As I understand the fan invitation is for any day. Really it's just a way for the Redskins to track how many people are coming to practices and to pepper you with emails afterwards. I don't even know if it's required to get in? Crisp?

definitely not, i dont think they mean anything except as a means to get you to the park. You can just show up as far as I know

Yeah, you can go any day. They just want to get a feel for how many people they are expecting. I'm with you. I absolutely hate when the football season ends. I need it now!!!!!!!!!!

For you guys who have gone to camp before what is a typical crowd? I'm sure Gibbs being back will have a big effect, I was just wondering what I can expect for July 31.

I went up to Carlisle two years ago on a random day of camp. It wasn't too crowded, however, it was kind of rainy.

Welcome burgundyandgold! Glad to have you on The Warpath!

The training camp invitation is not required to enter the Park, and is simply a means for the team to gauge how many fans will be attending practices so that they can accomodate accordingly. You can opt-out of their mailing list.

During the week I was there last year, I think the team estimated the average daily attendance at around 3000. The sidelines were pretty darn crowded. I would suggest getting there as early as possible before each practice and staking a claim to the best seats in the house. Bring your chairs, blankets, coolers and Warpath spirit!

Also I believe the 31st is the first day of camp. We should stake out our Warpath section early!
