I don't really know if we needed Fisher anyway.

With Springs or Bly, Smoot, Rogers, and Jimoh, anybody else would have a very minimal impact -- Barring injury of course.

Fisher, or whoever else they plan to court for the 5th corner spot is pretty inconsequential.

Agreed. Anyone other then Clements, in my opinion, wasn't a make or break non-sign.

And for the money he wanted, I'm glad we passed on him.

Yeah, I'm not worried as long as we keep Springs or trade for Bly.

not a terrible deal for either side. it gives them both a good try-out opportunity at a reasonable price.

I guess they missed the target. Now it really make's ya wonder why things are so quite??? Somethin's a Brewin in the kitchen. Wonder What?

At least we know that we will likely be keeping Shawn Springs now.

Re: Fisher signs with Lions

since we didnt get fisher i hope we can get macklin. cb depth is important, and we need 1 more corner. if one gets injured jimoh is our nickel back, and id say its likely that at least 1 of springs, smoot, or rogers will miss atleast 1 game

1. springs
2. smoot
3. rogers
4. jimoh

1. springs
2. smoot
3. rogers
4. macklin
5. jimoh

that looks much better to me
