Didn't see this posted yet so here you go. Looks to be just a depth signing.

Yeah it's a depth move, he doesn't even have a Scouts Inc. profile.

This is probably just another body for training camp. If he couldn't make it in Cleveland I dont think he'll make it with the skins.
