Who kicks on Sunday? Novak or Suisham
SUISHAM
-OR- NOVAK I am not sure which one I want to give kicking responsibilities to this weekend vs Atlanta. Novak has been around this season but he's missed his share of kicks. Suisham is a kicker I don;t know much about other than he was a Cowboy in 05. I almost think you gotta stick with Novak and go for it on 4th down if the kick is longer than 45 yards. Any thoughts? |

Couldn't tell ya. I think you go with Novak and if he misses his first field goal, you try the other guy.

That would be the most logical/diplomatic way. Since Novak hasn't been cut yet the job is still his until he misses another relatively easy kick.

I want Suisham active ASAP so that we have a guy who can actually kickoff. This week however, I think it's Novak while Suisham is on the p-squad.

suisham because he is a good kickoff guy, and cant be any worse than Novak kicking field goals

Re: Who kicks on Sunday? Novak or Suisham
It's funny to think that they would activate both Novak and Suisham given that in the preseason the coaches seemed to be happy with Frost kicking off for Hall.

Washington Redskins --- Signed PK Shaun Suisham from the practice squad. Waived DT Ryan Boschetti.
both may be active today. |

Re: Who kicks on Sunday? Novak or Suisham
who misses for us today would have been a more appropriate title

Re: Who kicks on Sunday? Novak or Suisham
Well, it looks like the end of the road for Novak but whatever else he does he did kick that game winner against Dallas in what must be their most heartbreaking loss since we beat them 14-13 last season. Ha!
To my mind neither Suisham or Novak look NFL standard. |
