Eagles or Giants?
Hey guys, what would you rather see: a Giants loss or an Eagles loss this week? I give more respect to the Giants overall so I would rather them lose as much as possible now and then worry about the Eagles later in the season.
Thoughts?

Re: Eagles or Giants?
I'm more worried about the Eagles. I don't think the Giants will go any better than 8-8 with the schedule they're facing. The Eagles are also a better team, mainly because they have a MUCH MUCH better QB.
I'd rather see the Eagles lose. But I also don't think that will happen. Eagles 24 Giants 19

Re: Eagles or Giants?
That's a good point. I didn't really give schedule strength any weight.

Re: Eagles or Giants?
I would rather see the Giants lose. I thought the Eagles were going to be pretty good this year anyway.
I want to see the Giants get in that two game hole and let us and the Eagles duke it out for the division title. |

Re: Eagles or Giants?
I hate to say this but i look for the giants to rebound against the beagles this weekend. This is almost a must win for the giants. They dont win they could possibly be 0-3 to start the season. If you look at what the eagles have after the giants we sure could use them losing this weekend.

Re: Eagles or Giants?
i want the giants to win because i fvcking hate the eagles, and im tired of the national media always blowing them even after a 6-10 season. they beat the fvcking texans week one, wow, guess they are going back to the nfc championship in espn's eyes

Re: Eagles or Giants?
It's close. But Eagles win by 7. Dante Stallworth will have another good game. Giants still are weak in the secondary.

Re: Eagles or Giants?
I don't care, so long as McNabb goes for 300+ and at least 2 TDs. He's the lynchpin of my fantasy roster.
Frankly, I'd take a tie.

Re: Eagles or Giants?
I don't like either team but just for the fact that the Eagles haven't lost yet...I'll take them.

I do have Tiki Barber too, but I like him (as a person and player) despite being on the Giants. I could NEVER root for a Cowboy, for ANY reason. |

Re: Eagles or Giants?
well, we need to beat the cowboys, and have the Giants win, so that there's a 3 way tie for first at 1-1...
this should be a good game, with the Giants coming of a game they could have won, and the Eagles looking like they did Pre-TO. I'll take the Eagles at home though...

Re: Eagles or Giants?
Yeah, but McNabb has been money the last 3 years (even last year he put up serious points in the games he played). Plus, it's fantasy - you take what you can get, not who you like.

Re: Eagles or Giants?
Going 2 down to a division foe could be tough with a Eagles win and a Skins loss. I am pulling for the Gmen so things are even up with a win/win and only a game back with a loss.

Re: Eagles or Giants?
Yup, I want the Giants to win too. Not only that, I hate them substantially less than I hate the Cowboys or Eagles.
