Clayton's(ESPN) "Best Team Money Can Buy"
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/column...ohn&id=2511045
Great article from a really good and unbiased guy. I think Clayton is the straightest shooter ESPN has for football. He is the Peter Gammons of football really. 2 Skins make the team. Moss and Cooley. I was a little suprised Taylor didn't make it but otherwise I think he has done a good job. |

I saw this and must have overlooked Cooley. Nice to see that 2 'Skins made a roster that combines cost efficiency and performance. That's better than league average even though we are villified for overspending.
I know you mean Sean Taylor but at first I thought you were being funny and were speaking of Taylor Jacobs. Not much sleep last night for me.

For all of those Dan "overspender" Snyder haters out there, Clayton has found two Skins that are worth the money. They just can't stand us!

Re: Clayton's(ESPN) "Best Team Money Can Buy"
i think he left off sean was because he was going the best for the cheapest and while sean is still under his rookie contract as a 5th overall pick its still considerably larger than bob sanders who in my opinion is a very good safety who free lances and makes plays all over the field, but naturaly i woul dhave choosen taylor just for the simple fact he is a stud.

sean taylor was a top 5 pick with a 7 year 18$mill contract, how come he didn't make it? I know he gets like 9$ mill if he hits a pro-bowl, but still. |
