Daniels has put up better single season stats, but Wynn usually gets the job done without making or giving up the big play. Hopefully both will have great years.

Wynn is very solid. He's not spectacular, but he's solid. He won't be giving up a huge play to his side, but he won't be stopping one dead.

This is a very vague question. It is hard to characterize who is better because these two players are so similar in their mediocrity.
From looking at past statistics, it seems that Daniels has had more success in getting to the Quarterback, but I think in general, both of these DE's are more of the run-stopping type, who are good at keeping containment and preventing the runningback or quarterback from getting outside, but aren't as effective in penetrating and disrupting the play in the backfield. Hopefully, with our defensive scheme, it won't matter. |

I'd say Wynn...Very consistent, but then again hard to really compare the two, but as far as effectiveness Wynn would be the guy.

Tough to say. Although apparently Daniels is more versatile because he can play some DT as well. Don't know if Wynn can do that

Wynn also can play DT or DE....he's 6'3" 292... he's always been versitile enough to play both positions..since college where he was first a DT before DE.
