How many prime time games will we get?

I know everyone is amped about the schedule being relased tomarrow afternoon. How many games or which games do you think we will get during prime time hours.

We already have one monday night game set. Vikings.

I am thinking, being a playoff team we will get at least 3 total. Maybe against the Colts or Cowboys.

I could see possibly 1 more primetime game guaranteed and then possibly 2 more with the flex schedule to highlight our playoff run, possibly then against the colts, cowboys or even the texans (as long as we play them in week 14 when we are still undefeated).

It'll be the third year in a row for a Redskins-Cowboys Monday night game if it happens. Judging by the media's expectations for the Skins this year, I wouldn't anticipate more than the Viking matchup for Monday nights.

They don't need any judges for the remainder of this contest but starting very soon (next few months) they are going national and they will need help then. I will be sure to keep you posted once I hear something more concrete.

Re: How many prime time games will we get?

you won't get more MNF games because of the new TV contracts every NFL teams is schedulle at least 1 MNF game per season and being that there will be only 17 games ( because of the doubleheader the first week) only 2 teams will get 2 MNF where you could get more primetime games will be in the SNF because of the best game per week during from the 10-15 and 17th week that was realeased those games will be selected 12 days before the game and if there's a matchup worth moving to that time it will be moved.

I think one of our games will get a prime time spot because most people missed the last Monday night game and had gone to bed only to wake up in disbelief.

Re: How many prime time games will we get?

I agree with you the flex sunday night schedule is great because those games sometimes had no meening at all and where dull to watch. The only thing I didn't liked it's the new everyteam will play at least 1 MNF rule. That will make some dull games for a time slot that was placed for many years as a royal time slot I loved the idea that if you had a good season or and excelent matchups you could get as much as 3 MNF I don't want to see Arizona vs NO on MNF or Detroit vs Jets or really do you see any real MNF appeal in Was vs Min... that's going to be a boring matchup is so 1 sided Min sucks they don't theserve to be in MNF or the other schedule game SD vs Oak ok I agree those are usually good games but putting it at the first week is dumb they havent stablish themselves Rivers will suck because is his first game, Brooks will suck because its Brooks.... I dunno guys I just don't like what they did with the MNF

Re: How many prime time games will we get?

I would think the Skins will get one of the Matchups agains the Giants will be a Sunday or Monday Night Game, but I am looking forward to that game against the Falcons too. Should be a pretty exciting game.

Re: How many prime time games will we get?

Again because of the new rule that all 32 teams must play at least 1 MNF game that's 16 out of 17 games and you allready are schedulle for 1 (Min) you won't get another MNF you might get primetime coverage but no MNF sorry

Re: How many prime time games will we get?

Are you sure about that rule DBOYZ? I find it hard to believe that ESPN paid as much as they did for MNF, so they could be forced to broadcast a Cardinals vs. 49ers game.
