Louisville LB

This guy can be also used as a DE. Keep in mind that Andre Carter can be used the same way. Great guy in the locker room too. These two plus daniels could be very dangerous.

Here is some of his numbers:
Ht. 6'0 Wt. 256

2004: Started all 12 games...led the team with a career-high 10 sacks. Ranks 11th all-time in U of L history with 12 career sacks.

2003: Appeared in all 13 games off the bench ... recorded a career-high 28 tackles and six tackles for loss ... credited with two sacks. 2002: Saw action in seven games as a true freshman ... logged six tackles, including five solo stops, in a reserve role on the defensive line.

But I'm no Bobby Beathard. Wut do you guys think??

He sounds to me like someone I would consider in way later rounds. Definite prospect, but not someone to spend our first pick on.

Tell me that QB's face doesn't look like Bobby Boucher?

Are we talking Elvis Dumerville? Louisville seems to be pumping out workout warrior LBs lately (see Robert McCune). Dumerville is expected to fall because he's a tweener and doesn't fair well in coverage. Hmmm.

I'll be excited about drafting one of these guys who should be around if we stay at 53rd overall...

LB Gerris Wilkinson.

blackmon might not be a first day guy even, he looked bad at his workouts and was only projected as a 3rd rounder before then.

If only we could've gotten a higher pick for Ramsey. I won't bicker about any other picks we've traded away.

Don't you need a sundial to time this guy in the 40? I don't remember the exact time from Indy, but I remember it being pretty slow, like 4.9's or something. He is short, not very thick, and slow. Doesn't sound like much of an upgrade to me. I think they should (and here I am stating the obvious) look LB or CB. The draft is supposed to be very deep at both positions, though Mel Kiper is now predicting 10 DB's to go in Round 1. Though I'm not particularly partial to UMD, wouldn't it be great if D'Qwell Jackson fell to #53? Apart from that we might also hope that Thomas Howard slips to the Skins spot. I guess those guys will be gone, but you never know. Its almost impossible to predict that far down the board, I mean they won't be picking until what, like 7 or 8pm on the first day. A lot will happen before then.
