I think he said bitch slap, which if you want to be technical - it is taking the back of an open hand from the opposite side of the arm and hitting someone's face while swinging it across your body. That technically is a bitch slap - I am not sure but I am paraphrasing Webster's dictionary a little.

What you are referring to is making someone else your b.... And I think this is a term that was originated in a place of incarceration.
