Re: Draft Prospects '06 - Offense

that is really helpfull. I don't know that much about college football in any depth and this helps to see some of the leading candidates, see their speed, hight, and their bios. THANKS

Bravo

Re: Draft Prospects '06 - Offense

I hope to have the defensive prospects done later this week. It's just the info NFL Draft Countdown has provided but in an easier to read spreadsheet form.

Not all the scouting reports have been completed yet so this is still a work in progress. If you click on a player's name it will take you to their bio on their school's home page

Enjoy.

Re: Draft Prospects '06 - Offense

Yea thats really awesome, but whos opinion is it? I mean the ranking of each player? How can you tell if kicker in the 5th slot is better than the kicker in the 6th slot? I dont care about kickers Im just making the point. Either way its awesome, and I appreciate the work! Thanks e

UPDATE: nevermind, TAFKAS just answered my question. I guess we posted at about the same time. thanks again

Re: Draft Prospects '06 - Offense

the RB scouting reports seem to be from the 2005 draft... a lot of them don't seem to make any sense.

Don't know, it's straight from the site...either that or I did it on purpose to mess with your mind

Re: Draft Prospects '06 - Offense

I like stovall the best for the big WR, he's a guy we'll definately have a shot at, and he's the fastest big guy... but its sstill in the air how he'll pan out... if moss is free during our first pick, i'll be BEYOND pissed off (breaking things mad) if we skip him.

Spencer or Joseph at G/T seem like great guys to pick up if moss is gone in the 2nd and the other longshots aren't there (hali, possibly byrd - though G/T backup might be more important).

whitehurst in the 5th as our 3rd QB might be a good idea too... he's a great short pass QB with arm strength, some intangibles and plenty of upside. He could possibly be a low level starter type like frye or simms jr.

Re: Draft Prospects '06 - Offense

Reggie Bush[1] Texas 6'0" 215 4.5
DeAngelo Williams[2] Auburn 6'1" 224 4.45
LenDale White[3] Auburn 5'11" 204 4.5

yeah, this is from 2005, unless bush is from texas and quote "won't wow you with his speed"...

good catch. Don't know how Matty and I missed that. I'm going to lock this thread until I can get it revised. Which will probably be later tonight
