Just a painful lost. That is the type of win that would have got us noticed, a real statement game, fuck.

I was at the game and you could tell the passes were a little off, Garcon should have caught alot of them but it was clear that most of them were a little high or wide.

D jax out is hard on the offense, with Reed out too it sounds like a bit much to overcome. Both d jax and Reed can win their match ups in coverage most the time...knowing that if sounds like Atlanta really just stacked the box against the run.

Also, every time when tom Compton reported as a te, scheme-wise it's a hellava tell on what's coming. Just too banged up for our best effort on offense

They really missed Reed for the steady first downs.

The biggest reason we lost..

We got run all over, and we couldn't run.

I think Atlanta just wanted to make kirk beat em passing and he almost did, unfortunately that last pass was the difference. Our run game was way off yesterday and against the jets it'll be just as hard. Hopefully reed and Jax are back

Jax yes. Reed I dont think should ever come back. The guy has had too many concussions.
Either way 4-3 going to Foxboro!

I wouldn't count a sure W against the jets just yet. They have been playing great football this season. If kirk has no TOS we will win but revis and Cromartie scare me.

Re: Falcons postgame positives and negatives

Good-
o Holding Falcons to 19 for most of the game

o Targeting Garcon heavy (even though they weren't in rhythm imo its the right decision to lean heavy on Garcon)

o Crowder

o Derrick Carrier as a back-up pass catching TE

o cutting down on turnovers

BAD-

o run game-

o from playcalling/gameplan to execution from the OL and RBs...gotta be better

o run defense

o need to scheme to help Garcon get open, doesn't consistently separate on his own

o Cousin's inaccuracy and decision making on too many throws

o inability to capitalize on turnovers and field position

As if the jets defense isn't tough enough, they get Sheldon Richardson back from suspension and Matt Jones had a dislocated toe yesterday.

Players, Kirk said it on him! Those two was quick to blame Grant!! Let them say it Kirk does nothing wrong, it's always everyone else. You think Cooley catch pass off target, I'll answer it for you no!! Did he say he was at fault, I'll answer it for you, no!!
