With the way that Dallas has been signing people, maybe Law will go there?

Daseal:

Phifer is a good and solid LB buit is hardly irreplceable. If they lose him, it will hurt more than the loss of T. Brown but not as much as Andruzzi and/or Law.

Translation: he was a sub on defense and a sub on offense and a sub on special teams. HIs versatility is amazing in this day of specialization, but he was a stop-gap everywhere,

If the Pats kept him, he would cost $5M in real money and $5M in salary cap room. That's a lot to pay a guy who is a stop-gap.
I'm not gonna go another big ass rant about Troy Brown. However, he was the #4 receiver and the nickel back for the simple fact that he was playing both ways. He wasn't going to play every single down. And if they didn't want to pay the guy $5 mil, you restructure the deal. In fact, he might be getting re-signed.

Re: The Patriots making mistakes?

They have to make moves and tough decisions just like the rest of the league. I don't see any glaring mistakes from NE yet though.
