Re: Skins Giants postgame
I understand that you don't want a guy who's going to be injury prone. Nobody does, but all I'm saying is that it's way too early to label Reed injury prone. Probably also way too early to label him as a future big time player, but he seems to be showing those tendencies, and if the guy shows the potential to be great, you don't let him walk because you're worried over a couple of injuries. Sometimes it just takes rookies awhile to get conditioned and toughened up enough to survive the pro level. Reed is definitely a weapon that RGIII needs right now.

If the Rams get the #1 pick in the draft, I will drive to DC myself in a Uhaul and throw Mike and Kyle out of DC myself. Danny won't have to do it.

I could see us beating the Falcons.

So this means that you were against the RG3 trade?

Re: Skins Giants postgame
I don't see us beating the Cowboys and the Chiefs D will obliterate us. So I'm banking on either ATL or the last Giants game.

Re: Skins Giants postgame
The draft pick deal is frustrating but people need to let it go. It's over and done and we're not getting the picks back. Just hope RG3 can bring us a SB win or two over the course of his career.

Re: Skins Giants postgame
I'm sure the plan was to offset the picks with the $36M in cap room.
I know the cap room alone isn't to blame for this mess, but it's certainly part of it. |

By my count we are in need of about 12-13 new starters :
2 wr's 3 oline 1 ilb 1 safety 1 cb 2-3 dline 1 punter Kai - maybe. Dude cant kick it into the endzone and isnt exactly money on fg's but he is ok. We need ALOT of depth. Probably 5-6 quality guys. Than there is special teams minus the new punter and /or kicker. That is so far and above the 36 mill in capspace. We dont have a first round pick. I just completely depressed myself about the next couple years! Shanny and BA have dug us a deeper hole than we had. This is bad. Very bad. |
