It was Williams first sack of the season, and I haven't seen him blitz a whole lot before. DHall more.

Compare that to Pittsburgh, especially when Troy is healthy, and they send a guy from the secondary more often than we do. I think it's the best comparison, and maybe Arizona.

You're still correct though. This defense lives and dies by scheming up ways to create pressure, and since the bye blitzing has been a big part of it. We we're dead for the first half of the season. Now we're showing signs of life.

I have tried not to watch all the ESPN shows or radio about this upcoming game, I hate all build up and hype it means nothing.

Today I watched First Take, Lomas "I didn't play every down to hurt my QB" Brown talked about how the Cowboys are better prepared for the game and Romo is going to have a big day v.s. us and they will keep the ball out of RG3 hands by controlling the clock. Then proceeded to say the cowboys toughest challenge will be stoping our running with their running back and couldn't even remember his name.

This is why I have tried to stay away from these shows they just piss me off. I am no football expert, but to control clock in NFL you need to run the ball not pass 50 times a game like the cowboys. Bottom line I think all the pressure is on the Cowboys,

For not being intimidated by RG3, he sure sounds intimidated...

Drew Pearson: Dallas Cowboys must knock RG3 around - NFL.com

An old-school Cowboy advocated for current Dallas players to break out the old-school tactics when they face Robert Griffin III on Sunday night.

Drew Pearson, the original No. 88, told KESN-FM the Cowboys need to batter the rookie Pro Bowl quarterback, even if it means crossing the border into prohibited activity, to try and get into his head.

Robert Griffin III
"We need to let him know that it's not going to be that easy or we're not going to lay down for them and we're not intimidated by him," Pearson said, via the Dallas Morning News. "The way you do that is you go out on that field and you knock him around. Even if it costs you a 15-yard penalty, and I'm only saying this if it's not a critical situation or anything."

It's going to be tough for Dallas to stop our offense so I don't see them giving us a free 15 yards to try and play head games. This game is too important for that nonsense.

If they bring the blitz, RG will eat them alive! Plus, they best be hoping Kerrigan doesn't get to Romo again!

Dallas/Ryan will try to copy the defense Baltimore played against us. It was pretty effective containing the outside runs by RGIII and creating sacks. Now the question is, can they stop him?

They should just send Williams on every obvious pass down cause he might be the worst cover safety in the history of the NFL.

Yeah, no joke. He's much better as a blitzer than as the last line of defense.
