Is Taylor Jacobs Injury Prone?

Taylor actually caught the 2nd longest pass play of last year against the Vikings. (45 yards) But we did mostly run screens...

I may be totally wrong, but didn't Jacobs have some injury that caused him to slip to the second round in the draft?
