I specifically said Green and Libertarian because they are on the Md ballot. if you are on the ballot in more than half the states you get a seat at the big kids table. Who cares how many people are at a debate, if I remember right the republican primaries started with more than just the top two. It is not a hard line to draw since getting on multiple state ballots show some level of organized support.
