St. Jude

First I want to apologize to the forum leaders for posting. I understand the policy of no solicitation so if you decide to delete this post I will understand. I do not post often, usually just a visitor/reader for information. However I feel this needs to be shared. My son is in sixth grade and he has decided he wants to make a difference. He is raising money for St. Judes by doing their math-a-thon. Math-A-Thon is a free, education-based fundraising program for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The funds raised by the students benefit St. Jude, where doctors and scientists work to eradicate childhood cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases. St. Judes helps families and asks for nothing in return. If you would like to donate to this wonderful cause here how you can help by visiting this link: www.mymathathon.org/BeeRad

Thank You!!!!

Re: St. Jude

One of the better charities out there in my opinion.

Good luck with your fund raising. You probably should have asked Matty first though.

Re: St. Jude

The Math-A-Thon ends this Friday May 11. Please help if you can. I personally have never been to St. Judes, and hopefully will never have to expierence that. As a parent that is something I wish on no one, but I am very THANKFUL for places like St. Judes and THANKFUL to people who want to help.

Thanks Warpath and Redskins nation!!!!

Re: St. Jude

It is.... My son has done many charitys from pennies for patients to relay for life. But when he brought this home and I watched the videos, it tore me up. I could never imagine what those families go through, and the services they provide for no charge to them is amazing.... Thank You, as I am sure the families who have needed St. Judes thank you.
