Can you elaborate on that? The on field product (roster around him) or the organization and its structure (Shanahans, Allen and Snyder)?

Snyder, KS and MS. I don't trust any of them. This kid is going to need stability. All of the great QB's in the NFL have it. They stay in the same offense and their offenses are molded around them. I'm skeptical if that will happen here. If we win 4-6 games next year, which could easily happen, will Snyder stay the course? Will the Shanahans design an offense around RG3? We'll see.

Interesting. Kinda fatalistic but I guess some see the glass with a large crack down the side and water spilling all over the table.
