I ditched the Roku for Apple TV. Here's what mirroring is all about

Apple - iPad - Stream movies and music wirelessly with AirPlay.

I do most of my reading with the kindle app now.

Okay so forgive me if I sound like an idiot- but how do you buy books on Kindle? I have both the Kindle and Amazon apps, but neither seem to link to each other, and the Kindle app doesn't appear to have a "shop" feature. Neither are apps I ever really used on the iPhone.

You have to go directly to the Kindle store on Amazon.

I still rock the roku because it is easy for the kiddos to use but that apple tv mirroring looks sweet.

Droid Bionic has a HDMI out that you can do the same thing. Pretty cool.

I like my iPad2. I use it as a reader more than anything. Sometimes I watch Netflix or HBO GO (Game of Thrones Season 2!!!) on it.
