Jabar Gaffney was indeed our best WR last season. He would have been our leading receiver even if Moss didn't get injured. If the Redskins cut Gaffney, that would really surprise me.

It may be a mild surprise only because we'd probably prefer someone with some experience in the system but he's really just an older version of Morgan. He's got no deep speed and is a possession receiver. I can see him in our rotation next year but I can just as easily see us moving on from him.

Don't be too surprised, cause there's already whispers of it being a possibility.

He was definitely our best WR last year but that's not really saying much. As well as he played he's not a playmaker, and it's obvious that's what we need more than anything.
