I'm also someone puzzled with the signing of these 3 receivers. None are that special and just more of what they usually get at WR... small receivers who can't break away from the defensive backs covering them. At least all 3 of these guys are young. Eddie Royal is the smurf, Garcon is the middle man, and Morgan is big.

They're all burners. Royal has the fastest 40 time, running an official time of 4.39. Garcon and Morgan are under 4.5 in terms of 40 time.

Morgan is also apparently a good BLOCKER in addition to his speed, hence his BLOCKING will contribute to big plays in the running game.
