Re: Yet Another QB Rumors Thread (Volume 9)
As a Redskin fan, what I would like to see is Washington not only getting Griffin III in the deal, but landing either a late round draft pick or a Rams player all in exchange for the 2nd overall pick and the draft choices that will be exchanged for it.

I just hope we don't give up too much, this team needs it's picks and 4 picks to move 4 spots? To me that's not worth it.

I respect Brandt, he's been around a long time and knows what he's doing.

Yeah he can be tough to listen to, he's not exactly cut out for radio, but he knows talent.

He def knows football, and I totally agree that listening to him doing radio is about the equivalent to listening to daffy duck. That being said I respect him as a talent evaluator a hell of alot.

Re: Yet Another QB Rumors Thread (Volume 9)
I'm going to predict the QB carousel.
Indianapolis - Luck (1st Overall) Washington - Griffin (2nd Overall), Clausen (FA) Cleveland - Flynn (FA) Miami - Tannehill (1st Round) - Matt Moore remains starter New York Jets - Manning (FA) - Release Sanchize Seattle - Osweiler (1st Round) - Sign Leinart or Sanchez Jacksonville - I'm going to go out on a limb and say they use a second round pick on Foles

Re: Yet Another QB Rumors Thread (Volume 9)
I am just sitting back and watching this frenzy for a QB who has never taken a snap in the NFL....think about it....how much would it take to trade for Brady?....5 draft picks including 2 #1s?
Ya know...if that were proposed, many would say that is too much. But a 1st round QB that may have as much as high as a 50% chance of a flop as many 1st rounders have shown, is worth 5 draft picks? I just don't get it....a month ago, folks were saying he could fall to us, because there was another QB in the mix, now Tannehill has gone from round 2 to #6 overall. This is crazy, I sure am glad the draft is a long way off. Honestly, I have issues of giving up next years #1 and this years #3 for this guy. Sure, he sounds great...but the press has totally flipped...probably to sell a great offseason story when everything is dead. I would be fine if we kept all our pick, signed Manning, got Tannehill in the 2nd round...or lower first and kept all the picks we desperately need to build a team....last I heard there were like 52 guys or so on a team..and about 40 of em could be upgraded. We can only upgrade 7 a year via draft on average, that that means years of being patient to fix the Redskins neglect. Time to take the emotion out of it and put on a cool head.....or go nuts again and win the offseason again!!....I just wish they gave out a football shaped trophy and a fancy ring for that.
