Re: Nintendo reveals the 'Revolution'
I think it's kind of funny that nintendo's always has been the one saying they wanted to make just gaming systems and now with the revolution, their kind of "selling out" just to keep up with the competition.
The main thing I'm worried about with the revolution though is all the talk about some weird ass controller with no buttons and u have to squeeze and touch the controller to control the game. |

Re: Nintendo reveals the 'Revolution'
I heard the system will be totally backwards compatible, all the way back to the NES, and you'll be able to download all these old games to play them, probably for a fee of course.
I think Nintendo has finally wised up and realized online is the future of gaming. They really swung and missed on the GameCube, great system but no online killed it. |

Re: Nintendo reveals the 'Revolution'
Yeah, when I read about being able to download old games, the Revolution quickly shot up my list to MUST BUYS.

Re: Nintendo reveals the 'Revolution'
Playing some OLD SCHOOL Contra. Brilliant. Having ALL the Mario Bros. games on one system. It doesn't get any better than that.

Re: Nintendo reveals the 'Revolution'
Nintendo always puts out a solid system and I love their 1st party games.
I'll be all over the Revolution, especially now with the thought of playing all those old school games. |

Re: Nintendo reveals the 'Revolution'
So you get those through the internet? I think it would be sweet if they packaged all their NES gamse on a one or two disk set. I would buy that in a second.
