Play Station 2

So heres the deal; my DVD player just broke (POS!!), and I'm moving out in August and since the PS2 I have at my house was a gift to me and my two brothers; I'm gonna leave it here. So I was going to buy one for myself anyways before I left, but since my DVD player broke, I was thinking of getting one to kill two birds with one stone. I dont really wanna pay, nor can I really afford, the 200 it is listed at right now. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a cheap (around 100) dollar one; if there are any sites that sell them used or anything like that. Thanks for any help.

Try Ebay. I got one for the kids and it cost a little over $100. It was reconditioned and came with a warranty. It's been working great for almost 2 years now.

most pre-owned ps2s run about 120 at speciality stores and brand new ones r 150 everywhere.

Yeah I just picked up a PS2 at wal-mart for 150, which really wasnt that bad

Yeah the way things are going; its like 100 plus like 20 shipping on EBay; so I'm thinking of just getting a new one so I have warenttys and stuff. The last thing I bought of Ebay was a POS; so I'm weary of it now.

Also, I have that Amazon.com credit card and every 2500 points you get, you get a $25 gift card. You get 2500 points more often than you'd think. In just over 3 months I got two $25 cards and am getting me a PS2 for 100 bucks brand new.

Just a thought, I know you're probably looking to get one soon...
