EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Hoping to maintain their faint playoff hopes and a sense of team pride against a New York Giants team missing five starters on offense, the Washington Redskins failed miserably from start to finish Sunday afternoon in an embarrassing 31-7 loss before 78,861 at New Meadowlands Stadium.
