What a dummy....he should just retire instead of embarrassing himself!

I just hope Moss doesn't give up on some of his routes.

Yeah, shoot me for hoping that. He'll always give up on one route a game.

I'm not saying no here, but it's isn't a no brainer. Moss often quits on routes, often has a bad attitude, and isn't exactly a "team" guy. Is that what we need?

I didn't hear Coach Thompson or the Junkies, but I was listening to the Sports Fix with Kevin Sheehan and Thom Loverro earlier while I was in the gym (love that show- Sheehan is excellent). They were just plastering Shanny. Rightfully so IMO.

The fact that Shanahan said "we'll take a look at Randy..." makes me think we'll definitely put in a claim for him.

We could do a lot worse than having Randy, Santana, and Cooley as our top three pass catchers.

That will fit perfectly with our coach who gives up on his starting QB.

He was a model citizen his first few years in NE. It's not like he's incapable of good behavior. The Vikings are a mess right now (although some would say the same thing about the Skins).

Honestly i think Bellichick and Shanahan are similar type coaches. Judging by Randy’s words last night he realized that he messed up and realizes that he actually likes a disciplinary type coach. So maybe Randy and Shanahan could be a nice match.

re: Randy Moss Waived (claimed by Titans)

As much as the Redskins could use Moss I don't see it happening. He would blow up like he did yesterday in Minny with the way things have gone for the Skins especially when Rex Grossman giving you the best chance in a two minute drill.

Dallas has the second crack at it. I doubt if Jerry bits. Moss wont clear waiver before The Skins 4-4 Record. Will Jerry make amends from the promise he broke in 1998 to MOss? It will keep us fans watching our pathetic Cowboys somewhat. If he does Wow some trades will be made in the offseason.

I would like to see him with the Indy, Jets, Bears, Bucs, Dolphins, Steelers but it wont happen not with Rooney, or KC.

After all of that the Bills will take his ass.

They obviously do, but you severely underestimate the lengths teams will go to to prevent other teams from getting what they want. Right now there are reports Miami could put in a waiver claim for him just to keep New England from getting him again. Does Miami need him? Probably not. I think they are satisfied with having Marshall, Bess, and their current depth. But they will use a roster spot on Moss just to keep him away from New England.

I'm sure the Cowboys know taking Moss isn't going to be the fix they need to turn around their season. Far from it actually, considering wideout isn't a position of need for them. But I doubt they wouldn't consider using a roster spot to keep him from going to a team that could use him a hell of a lot more, like us.

re: Randy Moss Waived (claimed by Titans)

I would not sign Randy Moss to a new contract, but I would throw in a waiver claim on him and hope for the best. We could use the kick in the rear to our offense.

If we get him, great, but Detroit leverages their waiver priority better than anyone. I'd imagine with the state of the Rams' WR corps, we would have to have priority over them to have a shot.

Nope, Bills are actually playing pretty good, some tough breaks the last two weeks they should have beaten Baltimore and KC. Why would they bring that kind of crap into a locker room full of young hard playing guys.

And BTW!! Hey we have a cowboy fan in the house!!!!!!!! And just where have yal been???????/ How's Sandtrapjack???? Is hiding under Wade phillips gooch?? Man I hope Jerry Jones dont fire him!!

This is the best post in the thread. Moss does not need to clear waivers, he is a FA.

I want him...sign him. Redskins 1 should be on it's way to Minnesota as we speak. All these years complaining about how we don't have a tall deep threat can be put to rest. At a minimum it should open up the passing game to the other guys on the roster and put Santana in the slot where he belongs.
